Seller's presentation : Jean-Loup De Sauverzac - Photographe

Presentation

The tree of life.
Who is Jean-Loup de Sauverzac? A kind, different, contemporary, Man Ray, who has not met the equivalent of the Dadaists and Surrealists in time to begin his work before the «Bazaar» time. An artist, a poet, a free individual, perfectionist, demanding that kills himself to try to reach the best technique (artifice) sensitive to the truth. The photos taken from the saline Formentera, salt Morocco and the royal Salines, where the architecture of Ledoux is superimposed on the infinite search first treasure of humanity, are examples of adequacy, rare among men of images, between mind and eye. It is prompted by a desire for knowledge that goes beyond the image. For Sauverzac, photography quo is meaningless if it captures in the light of the real true conscience of the world and its secret history. The salt draws the axes and permanent fundamental premises. Calculated the beauty of his images is a trompe-l'œuil «to get the idea, philosophical and / or alchemical, that the silver salt is used to support the glory of salt (» uni-ver-salt) of the Earth.
Alain Jouffroy.
