Seller's presentation : Ingrid Ohayon

Having always been interested by painting et stoneware-ceramic, I developed a method to marry these two arts. I paint on clay (sandstone) with engobes, ceramic-colors, oxides and glazes which I mixe, juxta- or superpose. There are several firings, the last ones go up yo to 1280. Because of the high resistance of the stoneware-glaze, it can not be changed either by sun, moisture or frost, my paintings can be exposed as well inside as outside.
