Seller's presentation : Mandarine

I was born in 1952 in a small village in the Charente Maritime.
I experienced an early passion for drawing and painting.
I loved the works of Monet, Pissarro, Turner for their sweetness but also those of Vlaminck for their strength and learn to reproduce them. Then
parallel to my work, I continued to paint in my spare time and began exhibiting "timidly" my first works in my shop decoration "tangerine" in Cognac. Better known under that name, I decided to sign my paintings of this pseudonym.
To improve myself, I enrolled at the School of Visual Arts in Angoulême and courses with professional artists.
Some internships in France and Italy also allowed me to evolve.
In 1999, I quit my business to have more time to devote to my passion and so you can begin to exhibit and participate in several national and international exhibitions.
I chose to discuss the nature of transcribing the feelings she inspires me, between respect and admiration. I do not try to copy what I contemplate but to sublimate. I like movement, color, light and all my paintings are full of these aspirations.

sometimes I use acrylics for a spontaneous development but I come back quickly in oil, soft material, which allows wonderful sensual blends and a more in depth.
