Whistle officer called most often or boatswain's boatswain

Whistle officer of the Royal Navy called most often or boatswain's boatswain of the late 19th century it was English. This rare article is in excellent condition and well crafted. The whistle still works perfectly, and is decorated with an anchor surmounted by the British crown on each end.
