I too have this same picture and there are no dark spots such as this on my photo either.

Can somebody tell me what the dark part attached to the dogs back is and also hanging over the dogs eyes. The same picture which is signed with PIcasso in red on the left hand bottom corner is in my posesssion and the dark bits as per this photo of the print do not exsist on my copy. Who can help? ? ?
