The Awakening. Peter Klonowski

The awakening shows in a cathedral-like space, an open-seeing eye.
Is where the attention of the viewer goes first. In the foreground we see a rider on a horse collapsed. He also wants to light. At the checkered past (symbol of black and white thinking, for opposition and conquest attempts), we see a preacher or Druids, of the not clearly indicate whether he goes straight or approaches.
An index finger, which also constitutes a book, rises.
On the spine to read the title: «On the morals» after the wars of religion.
A mouth full of longing for tenderness seems to be a striving to perfect face. The blank pages of an open book to call one's own biography to make use of meaning.
If the book is the shadow of the nose?
A true and not true right angle to demonstrate our illusion of reality…
The entire composition is marked by lots of dynamics, and the choice of colors to create the special atmosphere and the type of contract (the entire background is more primed shifts) support this motion dynamics.
