A French Second Empire Sevres porcelain plate and ormolu mounts

An oval Sevres porcelain plate representing a scene of people seated around a table, drinking and eating. The external scene reveals a landscape of cliffs and sea. The borders of the porcelain are decorated with polychrome flowers in reserves on a blue background decorated with gold. The porcelain is decorated with a rich ormolu bronze mounts with vine leaves and grapes resting on fours legs. Signed Sevres (two s blue striped) and dated 1873 (s73).
