Siamese (mixed media, 60 x 80 cm)

Mary Tobler was born in 1980. Female musicians and granddaughter of a painter, she grew up in an artistic environment. After learning the art of the masters of oil painting in the workshop of his grandfather, she studied at the School of Trompe l'oeil and stage designer in Geneva from 2000 to 2002.

She received a prize in a painting contest and participated in a book of illustrations.

Fascinated by gold, precious metals and the cat, steeped in legend since antiquity, it is mysterious and unfathomable. She reproduces her paintings in this material and this animal with skill and sensitivity by recreating the magic of this legendary icon.
