Palhik'mana Kachina is not a strict sense but a female character dance. During the ceremony puppets held in February in the Kiva, Palhik'mana is the girl who cracked corn. Despite the difficulties of identification, it is one of the prettiest dolls carved by the Hopi, and holds for the sculptors.
Crafted Wood River painted feathers are reminiscent of the lightness of butterfly wings that she can represent. Similarly his crown gives him a further rise to what remains the realm of the gods.
