Rare miniature Diorama Study of «The Samuel Plimsoll» an important mid 19th Century Emigrant Clipper.
The brass plaque reads Samuel Plimsoll, Emigrant Clipper, W. A Brown
Its mounted in its original ebonised frame that measures 28 X 23cm, the glass measures 21 X 16 cm and its 5cm thick.
It comes straight from the clearance of a large country house on the Norfolk coast close to the important 19th Century Port of Great Yarmouth.
