The oldest house in Paris

The oldest house in Paris dates from 1407 and belonged to Nicolas Flamel, who had a hostel for the homeless. It is now a restaurant Auberge Nicolas Flamel and is in the 3rd arrondissement at 51 Rue de Montmorency. The facade has been restored several times.
That's why I preferred to speak of it dating back to 1644 and which retains vestiges of its past. It is not far from each other at 3 rue Volta in the same district ..
