Louis-Philippe period

Service Hunting Fontainebleau was commissioned by King Louis-Philippe June 26.1835 and delivered to the first pieces between 1839 and 1841. Many pieces were commissioned replenishment subsequent years. The decor was designed by Jean François Leloy Charles (1774-1846) who took part in many prestigious commissions such as the pair of vases «Clodion» the Count of Artois Future Charles x, the box of snuff of Louis xvii, the table marbles, the Etruscan vase-called historic royal hunts, the vase of the sixteen cohorts of the Legion of Honor…
