This painting was completed in 2001 with a self-produced Eitemperafarbe on canvas (with wedge) gemalt. Very matte, powder finish.

The image is created for a dream: an insight into an Egyptian grave chamber with red-white-black granite stone and an Anubis in the middle, in blue bandages wrapped mummy. In subsequent dreams, I unwrapped it and it developed into a whole scene of it. Different motives, I took a book on Egyptian art: The

dancing newborn God on the lotus flower is Nefertum, the Sun Child, the god of the morning, the donor of the scent, which vergöttlichte lotus flower.
Anubis (jackal deity) is leader of the soul, «opener of the lower gates, » guardians of the magical texts. He helps the soul to be cleansed and leads them to Osiris Seelenwägung.
Osiris Anubis is left over in his mummy form as Ptah-Osiris-Sokaris. His body is also represented by 2 snakes (see right). He caused the death to the resurrection sake.

The consecration ritual is framed by two servants of the temple with cult instruments..
