One of the most original ways to see London is on the water… !
In the wake of the tourist boats that carry their hordes of visitors along the Thames, there are small colorful barges sailing slowly along the Regents Canal.
Past, rivers were the highways of London in the city, allowing the passenger to the most prestigious and most popular.
The boatmen were used to place passengers in a row on their narrow barges and used their feet to propel themselves out of the tunnel with a width only allowed to move their boats.
Today, these barges will continue to bring visitors in style along a path with stunning views where you can admire the Lord's Cricket Grounds, London Zoo, Lord Snowdon's aviary in Regent's Park, gardens of St John's Woods, the beauty and tranquility of Maida Vale and the famous Camden Lock.
