In the beautiful limestone of Bordeaux here is a blonde Mascaron Laughing.
"Mascaron" is a term that refers to an architectural figure most often near human carved round. Sometimes scary, capricious, whose primary function was to ward off evil spirits so that they do not enter the house.
They are often placed on the keystone of the arches of windows and doors or on the lintels.
It was placed on the facade of a house in Bordeaux, in support of a window ..
