In tribute to all women to be queens or servants.
Salome's character is often represented in the Italian Renaissance. She had many fantasies to the painters of the time.
Did she not get the head of John the Baptist with his stepfather Herod dancing. But in my opinion, the fate of the saint was already sealed.
The men behind her are rejected suitor, the mine very sad and very ugly.
