British Webley Signal Pistol

During the First World War, the British armed forces of earth, sea and air using flare gun products spar firm Webley and Scott.
This robust weapon, brass, rather archaic form, with tilting barrel operated by a lever with lock engaged in this type of basic gun signal is still used during the Second World War by the British armed forces, but it is gradually replaced by guns and form the same system, made of light alloy.
