This is a original covered tea bowl. Its inside wall with ChunGong design. The exterior wall depicts the famille rose motif on the bowl displayed story scene. The color is bright and the porcelain is mild. The color is very soft and the painting skill is excellent. From the skill and tone of color you can judge that it is an artwork in the millde Qing Dyansty. At the bottom is the red color seal of «Yi Jing Tang Xuan». (一經堂選). This is the «Yi Jing Tang» custom porcelain.
Yi Jing Tang was built in the Qing Dynasty JiaQing period in 1820's, was opened in DaoGuang period in 1830's. Commonly known as HuaTing Lv, for businessmen and the rich for homes built.
Only a old short crack in the bowl, as is shown in our photos. Further in excellent condition.
