Duende The Spirit of Dance

This painting is of Spanish Flamenco dancer and is painted with Acrylic and Oils on a box canvas. The background is matt black gesso and the figure is wearing a textured red dress to suggest the movement of the dancer. She is one of a series of dancers in various dramatic and passionate poses which I have painted.
