Vintage Silver Gelatin print, 1958, verso is a stamp “PHOTO ALMASY”
Note: Hand written verso “1958: Chateau d’the. Bernard Buffet grave avec les illustrations de Voyages fantastiques de Bernard Buffet”. This was a seminal work made by the artist in 1958 and he can be seen here at the workshop of Lacouriere and Felaut engraving on a plate. The work was published by Josef Foret and consisted of 18 drypoint etchings.
