Long confused (again in 1979 by Laran, Adhemar, Prinet) with Antonio Fantuzzi (Bologna), though Henry Zevne («School of Fontainebleau, prints» 1969 & «The etching at Fontainebleau, the role of Fantuzzi» Art de France, iv, 1964. 70-85) Was correct that mistake, due to the fact that both of them inspired designs (stolen) to Franscesco Mazzuoli said «El Parmigianino», Parmigianino).

The play is nevertheless a work of genuine scholarly & sixteenth century Italian, good condition, hence the price.
