Officer Whistle Marine silver late 19th century

Whistle officer called more often topman or forest from the late 19th century it was English. This rare article is in excellent condition and well chiseled. It is silver plated whistle still works perfectly, and is decorated with an anchor surmounted by the British crown on each end.

It measures approximately 100mm long X 20mm
