Boatswain whistle with a strap and his cabinet

Whistle officer called more often topman or forest from the late 19th century it was English. This rare article is in excellent condition, it is sold with a carved dragon and walnut box. It is silver plated whistle still works perfectly, and is decorated with an anchor surmounted by the British crown on each end.

It measures approximately 300mm long X 150mm
