Ormolu Ewer

An ormolu ewer illustrating wine theme. It rests on a square base decorated with four wild cats. The underside is gadrooned and decorated with masks. The body is carved with putti and ephebi holding bunches of grapes. The neck is decorated with grapes and a ram head. Under the handle a satyr sitting.
