Click here Description: There will be a description, as Dali's work is bold as well as surreal. We invite the amateur to the body and synthesis with the work, to grasp all the arrogant but very real novelty. Rather, we believe, a satire on the theme of the sculpture park, and by extension of the statue garden, actually.
The paper is thick, silky, originally very white. H = l = 75.8 X 53.5cm, a lithographed surface of h = l = 66.5 X 48 cm.
Signature: The signature in the margin is close to No. 64 & 67 Proposed Corpus signatures collected by the master John Peter Moore in «The 678 Most Rich Signatures Salvator Dali, Marks Púbol. Vienna, Collectors Club, 1984, isbn: 385016-024-6. They are proposed as in 1934 and thus predates by two years the Spanish Civil War. He has earned Mr. Dali to be close to General Franco's daring work that does end up in the pit. Especially since the master's work remains with the years, highly insolent to the established order of the owners of parks and fountains… Status: Part lithographed is intact, but the margins are worn on the right side, a hitch on the horizontal high. Margins (formerly creases) will benefit from being re-smoothed. On the back: various fabric reinforcements Removable surgical; stamp collector, in pencil, reference selling author and award.
Review: It is not certain that the inscription «ea», Bottom left, was authentic. But the signature is. The price of this event is for all these reasons moderate.
Note: Coming from the same divine Dali Don Quixote plaster. Other prints with state tests, and design.
