In parallel with his painter friends, he formed a group to which he was asked to organize an exhibition at the Labor Exchange and discussions for a major event called France - Liguria, bringing together painters, poets and writers and French Italian.
From Nice, Pierre Gastaud moved to Antibes. Are thus André Verdet, Jacques Prevert, Xavier Longobardi, and Chantal André Villers, Arbas and Abidin, Ladislas Kijno Paul Revel, Germaine Richier and sometimes come Picasso in Antibes at the request of Romuald Dor de la Souchère.
