Seller's conditions of sale : Sgr
Sgr artist is declarated to the «Maison des Artistes», n° r572402.
The purchase of an order through the site ArtQuid has full right to the customer acceptance of general conditions of sale detailed below.
Sales are expressly cash and can not provide places for a refund.
1.1 Any order must include: name and address of the Client for whom the order is executed, and the billing address and email address.
1.2 As part of an online sale, Customer agrees to be fully informed of the fact that its agreement on the content of these conditions does not require a handwritten signature. In addition, the Customer declares to be at least 18 years.
1.3 Cancellations, suspensions or modifications are not recognized as such only insofar as they were made in writing, subject to the deadlines for filing documents or cancellation deadlines.
Lack of compliance, the work undertaken will be charged.
On sales of paintings, such sales are a guarantee of authenticity issued by the artist.
Prices shown include vat and are excluding delivery costs, which are the responsibility of the buyer except in the case of hand delivery (possible in the Ile de France).

Any graphic design executed by the artist sgr remains its artistic property, and prohibits, in fact, any reproduction. The work may also be required temporarily as part of an exhibition.
Provided billing and settlement.
2.1 Invoices are issued on name of the Client and sent to him. In case the client uses an intermediary, the invoice will indicate that this is representative.
2.2 Invoices are prepared on the basis of rates and tariffs in effect at the time of ordering.
2.3 The Regulation is made in full with the order, in cash, without discount, and in euros only.
The payment methods are:
- By bank cheque in euros made payable to Sébastien raoul and sent to: sgr Sébastien Raoul Georges - 6 rue des Dames 75017 Paris-FR.
- By cash (under the hand delivery, for example)
- By bank transfer
In accordance with the Data Protection Act dated 6 January 1978, you have the right to access, rectify, modify and delete data concerning you. You can exercise this right by sending an email to eweil@free.fr
