Housed in a small village in south, 30 km from Montpellier, I am self-taught painter of Impressionism style knives.
I painted for 34 years now, landscapes, rural scenes etc. During this period? I changed quite a few times material from the Charcoal in gouache, pastels, to finish the painting oil while keeping my style of departure. When I started working I was using oil brushes but over the years I have replace the knives to come to a very strong footing. My color palette. Also has changed considerably since those years. I started with very dark colors, then at progressively cleared my palette to get a burst of bright colors. |
