Mariana was born in Chile in November 1961 and is part of a family that comes from all over the world. Since she was young, her artistic genes and social convictions are manifested in many ways.
In fact, young, Mariana takes dance and guitar lessons and is implicated in all kinds of comity and associations all along her high school years. She distinguishes herself not only by her very present romantic side but as well as her absolute social implication. Established in Québec since 1989, she is mother of two children that she adores and for whom she would travel to the ends of the world without any hesitation. She is a woman of heart and always attentive to others. Self-taught artist of undeniable talent, her creation comes mainly from her heart and her passion. Her sense of adventure and travel reflect should we say, in her landscapes, streets and picturesque villages, her garden scenes, flowers and windows, which seems to be already appreciated by a growing public. Her inspiration “For me, painting has always been a getaway. As a young child I was drawing in my garden. My moods have a lot of influence on my brush strokes. Villages, oceans, planetary events are all subjects to be painted. Basically, in my eyes, life is a constant inspiration. We have only one life to live. Let others penetrate in your universe, learn to know people before judging, open your eyes to all things that surround you, so, you will understand my inspiration. ” |
