Unable to draw out of the car this winter Languedoc (Juvignac village near Montpellier). I found a way to vineyards and a window to my station, the time to capture these strains and the skeletons of trees to sunset.

Chère Secosacy, je devais peindre, c'était vital, alors j'ai pris les vignes dans l'état dans lequel elles étaient (croix de cimetière sacrément tarabiscotées ! ), Mais je les ai peintes aussi dans leur formidable flamboyance d'automne, bien sur ! ! … Nous allons être cocitadines : juvignacoises ? ? ? ? ! ! ! !
Je vois que vous vous êtes arrêtée à Juvignac c'est là que je demeure… Mais les vignes ne m'inspirent guère l'hiver elles me font penser à des croix dans un cimetière. Je les préfère en automne.
