Here is a fabulous triptych, center a beautiful Indian cross, wearing an animal skin, surrounded by two beautiful heads of wolves, a bear screaming, and a bison on the right of the canvas. This shows a people ignored, humiliated, decimated and almost forgotten by the barbarian invaders and settlers (Europeans) who hoped to find the "new world".
