Passion For Jazz is a large panoramic original abstract fantasy impressionist palette knife painting on deep side gallery wrapped canvas. Materials include acrylic, mixed media paints, metallic pigments, irridicent pigments and textures. The metallic pigments bring a sense of movement created by changing light conditions which cause very challenging photography; Textures create relief.

My painting style is the use of altered brush strokes and the palette knife with modern materials to capture the effects of light on the subject, resembling some aspects of the impressionist works by Monet, Van Gogh and Pissarro.
