Red a2 is a fractal-based meditation mandala. Originally built 24«x24» on high gloss aluminum, it is inspired by rotunda ceilings, kaleidoscopes, port holes and iconography. As delicate as a doily, detailed as a young plant, we ask if we're looking up or down at this other-worldly piece of a dream. Or is it a photograph of the world around us? It reflects energy, power and the reverence of symmetry.
