Very elaborate picture. The aluminum sheet is processed with a flex to create a structure. Then the picture is primed, filled and painted. The razor clams are individually reworked and varnished and partly covered with gold leaf. The picture is then coated with a protective varnish. Original razor clams are used in the picture. The gold leaf coating gives the image a unique charisma, which unfortunately does not really appear in the photograph. The filigree razor clams make transportation very difficult.
