He's risen, he's not here. Mk 16.6 double cross relief Corpus inri. Paulus14September Paulus14September
Title: He is risen, he is not here.

Mk 16.6
The perpendicular to God is emphasized.
The double cross is different here. I emphasize the inri crossbeam because it is used exclusively for the cross of Christ.

The cross is made of linden wood, the surface with violin varnish
The risen Corpus Christi is carved in relief in the linden wood as a reflection. Likewise inri.

The cross is mounted on a sculpture stand made of untreated iron.

Total length with sculpture stand: 240 cm
Cross: 120 cm

Im ersten Moment natürlich etwas ungewöhnlich anzuschauen, aber durch Ihre schlüssige Erklärung dazu bekommt die Darstellung einen begreifbaren Hintergrund. Imposante Arbeit.
