Born in 1985 in France, Alban Delume is a designer and craftsman.
For many years, he has supported visual artists in the design and manufacture of their paintings, sculptures and other media, in unconventional formats. His marked interest in the history of art and design has led him to develop his own research since 2016. Passionate about the evolution of pictorial supports, molded canvases, the underexploited territory that lies between molded canvases and sculptures, more particularly, the discourses conveyed by the architecture of the supports themselves. In other words, the way content and form support each other. Each of his artistic works is like a star that shines in the infinite firmament of creativity, where content and form come together in a fertile and inspiring harmony. Like stars that guide our steps in the world of art, each work bears the name of a passionate star and carries its own coordinates, inviting us to venture into its unique and captivating world.
