Last month I sold a piece of artwork. Yay! The buyer deposited the amount to the Escrow service, so I paid for everything and had it delivered next day. The buyer confirmed delivery, and I waited for my payment to arrive. And waited. And waited. And waited.
That was three weeks ago. I have sent numerous emails and messages, ArtQuid have not replied to a single one. They still have my money. And it doesn't look like there is anything I can do about it.
I feel disappointed. I feel betrayed. I trusted ArtQuid and they have let me down.
