After such a long artistic career and despite the difficulties I have had to overcome, I feel very lucky to hold this exhibition in the chapter house of the Cloister of the Sant Cugat Monastery and thus show the work done throughout this period in which I have applied myself in this city, contributing to the development of a culture that has spread to other places in the rest of Spain, Europe and America, where my work is appreciated by people, critics and art dealers who have been able to capture the message that through she wants to communicate
The work, done without disregarding the history of art, creating with all this, a new style «a new classicism», based on the abstraction of the 60s, has culminated in a new figuration, in which I express light through of the color
The search for beauty always involves a struggle between the true and the false.
For this search, it is required, first, to be honest with oneself and to let the spirit free, in order to capture and capture what one feels about things.
In this exhibition, the landscape is the predominant theme. I hope that those who contemplate it can perceive it.
