Akos Biro was born in 1911 in Transylvania (Hungary)
At the age of six he is interested in painting He attended the design workshop at the school in Debrecen and Békéscsaba. At 18 he was admitted to the Fine Arts in Budapest where he was a student of Gyula Rudnay. In 1933 he is a Fellow of the Collegium Hungaricum Palazzo Falconieri in Rome where he worked for a year. After two months spent in Capri, he returned to Hungary, then after a few exposures, decides to go to Paris. Exhibitions in Rennes, Dinard Biarritz. After the war he worked in his studio in Mount Parnassus, and Montmartre. In 1949 at a command portrait in Marseille, Provence he discovers, his passion for light and colors.
