Argyle Road Designs was launched in June 2018 by a collaborative of artists who share a passion for photography, art, creative writing, music, movement and digital technology. Inspired by the vibrancy and immediacy of the sights and sounds of nature, and paying homage to moments of solitude and inner contemplation, Argyle Road Designs creates and sells visionary and intuitive artworks for daily mindfulness. They also host the website Artful Contemplation, which freely offers intuitive art, contemplative words on a daily basis for the practice of daily mindfulness.
Our artworks are both an invocation and a evocation - they are inspired by energies and rhythms that effect our lives but are not always visible to the ordinary eye. Artful Contemplation reveals the metascape of balance, integration and organization that lies beneath the surface appearance of things. Our artworks are non-object and metaphysical (rather than abstract) and invite curiosity, active imagination, deep realization and illumination.
