Hello, I was born in a family of lawyers and a juweler.
When I was very young I already needed to be creative with a pencil and a sheet of paper. During my graduation in Portugal I was called to the army in 1971 from where I escaped in 1972 for a political reason such as: I was forced to fight in Africa, where I have my roots from my father's side. My father, who was a lawyer find a combination, for me to escape from the war, for what I am very gratefull to him, and I got a asyl in Germany, where I met Rika Van Belleghem. Together we learned as autodidacts, the difficulty and pleasure of sculpting and doing ceramics. We married in Belgian, where we had a gallery of our creations for 32 years. Now we are almost ready with the construction of our atelier in our own garden, where we will have exhibitions in open air.
